Support Conversation Marketing: Donate

Do you find this blog useful? Like what I write?

I've got a business proposal for you: Donate $3 to my blog, once.

I'll keep writing the same stuff I always do. Tips about internet marketing, strategic advice, site reviews and of course, the occasional rant. I'll do it whether you donate or not.

But, if you don't donate, I'll have to start plastering ads everywhere to pay for the 20-odd hours/week I put into this. My site will look like a 1970s New York subway car: More graffiti than content.

Look for this button:

Click, donate, and you'll feel like a better person. I promise.

Shocking! Bold! Daring! Put the ads and I if they are Google Ads I will be happy to click. Plus if you need some tips for some great paying affiliate accounts with clean, professional ads sponsored by major corporations and not cheesy weird ones email me. You would probably make more money with the ads anyways as opposed to asking for $3.

I paid the $3 for one reason and one reason only - I really do get a lot of value out of this blog. I could care less whether you place ads on here or not - in fact, I WOULD. Wouldn't bother me in the least if you did. So paying the $3 was just a way for me to say "Thanks". [And, I'm still counting on that site review at some point. :)]

Thanks, Ian... keep up the great work!

Ian, have faith, the time you put into writing probably pays back in many ways. Do you use your blog for educating yourself on the latest of what is happening in the industry? If so, doesn't that help with clients? Don't you get recognition in the community, perhaps direct leads from the effort?

If you do sell ads, I'd recommend one of the blog ads networks rather than google ads. You never know what will appear with a Google ad.
